“The practice of all the bodhisattvas is to study, reflect and meditate,
Tirelessly, both day and night, without ever straying into idleness,
In order to free oneself and others from this ocean of saṃsāra,
Having gained this supreme vessel—a free, well-favoured human life, so difficult to find” 

from

Thirty Seven Practices of the Bodhisattvas (Tib. རྒྱལ་སྲས་ལག་ལེན་སོ་བདུན་མ་, gyalsé laklen so dün maWyl. rgyal sras lag len so bdun ma),

an important lojong text by Gyalsé Tokmé Zangpo.

Thirty seven verses gives instructions on how to follow the bodhisattva path.

Patrul Rinpoche will comment on the text and explain the value of the bodhisattva path.

As he is known for his light and joyful style of teaching one can expect to hear clear, funny and full of wisdom examples relevant to our daily life.
