Autumn Meditation Courses 2022
Why meditate? How does it work? How to do it? Even though meditation has become popular nowadays, it can still be difficult to understand how and where to start. This is why we propose these secular meditation courses in Dharma City, to introduce technics in a way that directly relates meditation with our day to day life.
Our teachers alternate explanations, guided reflexions and moments of silent meditation. Questions are always welcome to clarify one’s doubts and develop one’s understanding.
The modules given by Lopön Tsering Gonpo will be given in French only and the module of Lopön Jampa Norgyal will be given in English and translated in French.

1/10 : Some meditation technics
8/10 & 15/10 : Manage our emotions through meditation
Module 2 : Saturday 12th, 19th, and 26th of November : with Lopön Jampa Norgyal
12/11 : Meditation and inner peace
19/11 : Build a personal daily practice
26/11 : The importance of loving kindness for our life
Module 3 : Saturday 3rd, 10th and 17th of December : with Lopön Tsering Gönpo
3/12 : Developing joy in the mind
10/12 : Why think of others?
17/12 : Recognising our human values
Registration onsite at 9:45
Course from 10:00 to 12:30 AM with a tea break around 11:00
Possibility to eat delicious vegetarian meals onsite after the course in the Tibetan Convention Tea House
