We are delighted to announce that Lopön Tsering Gönpo has graciously accepted our invitation and will be visiting Poland for the third time.

This time, Lopon will give explanations on the text entitled “The Aspiration for Generating Bodhicitta, Completely Pure and Perfect.”

We will therefore focus on a fundamental practice of the Mahayana path—the development of the altruistic aspiration to attain full enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.

We are looking forward to studying together this precious text; as before, teachings will be available in English and Polish. This teaching will also be streamed ONLINE.

DETAILS:

The total cost of the course, including accommodation and meals, is PLN 400.

It is also possible to attend the course without accommodation and meals (participants arrange their own accommodation and meals). The fee for one day of teachings is PLN 50.

For those who are unable to attend in person, it will be possible to follow the teachings online. The fee for online participation is PLN 150. Advance registration is required for online participation.

As last year, it is also possible to contribute towards the following costs:

• Lopon Tsering Gonpo’s flight and transport – PLN 1,800
• Kunzang’s flight – PLN 1,800
• Lopon Tsering Gonpo’s stay at the centre – PLN 400
• Kunzang’s stay at the centre – PLN 400
• materials needed for preparing tormas – approx. PLN 400

If anyone would like to arrive a little earlier and help prepare the room before the teachings, your help would be very much appreciated!

8:00–9:00 – Breakfast
9:00–10:30 – Torma-making instruction
10:45–13:00 – Teachings with Lopon
13:00–15:00 – Lunch / break
15:00–16:30 – Teachings with Lopon
17:00–19:00 – Torma-making instruction
19:00–19:30 – Dinner
from 19:30 – Individual practice

Sunday

7:30–8:00 – Group ngöndro recitation

9:00–10:00 – Torma-making instruction
10:00–11:00 – Teachings with Lopon
11:30–13:30 – Group tsok offering practice (according to the Rigdzin Düpa sadhana)
