Saturday Meditation Courses 2023
Why meditate? How does it work? How to do it? Even though meditation has become popular nowadays, it can still be difficult to understand how and where to start. This is why we propose these meditation courses in Dharma City, to introduce technics in a way that directly relates meditation with our day to day life.
Fall 2023: Saturday Meditation course with Lopon Jampa Norgyal and Lopon Tsering Gonpo
Taking place the following Saturdays at 10:00-12:30

The sessions with explanation will be either given directly in French, or in English/Tibetan with a French translation.
Registration onsite at 9h45.
For the sessions from 10h to 12h30, there will be a 15-minute break at around 11h.
Possibility to eat delicious vegetarian meals onsite after the course in the Tibetan Convention Tea House.
SATURDAYS 10.00 – 12.30 with a break at 11am
4 modules of 3 courses:
During the 1st course of each module, the teacher will explain the basic techniques, their benefits, results and the importance of meditation.
During the 2nd and 3rd courses, the teacher will explain a particular meditation theme. He will alternate explanations and silent meditation so that everyone can experience the methods introduced during the course.
